Hey, NHL fans.

Popping in to let you know I haven't received any updates around this yet. We raised this up to the team yesterday and are awaiting details from the investigation. For the moment if you are impacted we anticipate you will continue to experience this until a fix is pushed. We apologize if you are unable to play this mode right now and we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. Tomorrow is a big day with a new patch, so we'll have a lot of eyes on these forums in the coming days.

@preds175 this has been reported by a lot of us already, they dont have an answer....new patch tomorrow with no mention of fixing so im guessing these modes are dead in water and unplayable.

Every time I que it takes 10 min to find a game and then proceeds to load for another 10 min with no chance of a game starting

Patch notes are submitted in advance through a process. Because of how recent this is it's unlikely it would have made it.

Is it still working for you? Not sure how unlinking and linking the account back up would fix anything. I’m able to play every mode except eliminator.  Think the game is just trash. I’ve been in the top 50 since 20 till the new game gets released and always bs problems snd EA seems to not care at all about this mode. Also their great suggestion of changing your profile picture will make it work…lol
