Your rank in Rivals is fluid. Meaning, others can surpass you when you're not playing. This will push your rank down. This is by design so it's not a bug that compensation would be provided for.

@EA_Aljo I am having the same thing, I’ve play four games today and have not got my points every time I get 0 and get a quarter of the coins I should get around 700 coins I only go 175...

Update for the NHL 21 Community,

HUT Rivals has concluded on NHL 21. The team is focused on HUT Rivals for NHL 22 and the future of the NHL franchise.

When you hit the 50 game weekly cap, no more points will be earned. This cap also includes HUT Champions games.

You don't understand. If you look at all the pic people post you can see how in the center under +0 there something frozen on that page. Do you have the same issue where everything is +0 and have that frozen image in the center? This isn't right

So if you play all 20 hut champs games then you can only play 30 rivals games?

Yes. This is correct. If you play all 20 HUT Champions games, only 30 of your Rivals games will count.
