NHL 21 Franchise Mode Massive Player Bug

One of the things other major gaming companies are now in the habit of doing is video dev blogs.  Maybe EA thinks NHL is too niche, but wouldn't that really help us right now? Some videos explaining the thought process behind systems and explanations on how things are supposed to work?  The three biggest games I've played in the past few years all do this... LoL, Hearthstone, Civilization.
