How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I Purchased NHL 19 Ultimate Edition and I'm not receiving my two packs per week for twenty weeks as advertised. Does anyone know how I can get these? To date I haven't received any of the 40 packs.

Hi Barry -
Yes, I play NHL 19 everyday. If you review my post, you'll see that it was acknowledged by an EA staff member that they could see that I wasn't receiving my monthly packs. It's clearly stated that I would receive monthly packs when I purchased the game. I'm hoping that you'll be able to explain why I haven't been receiving them. I seem to be getting the run around on this.
