Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I try to use the Buy It Now feature in HUT mode i get a B7DD78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-241C7554BD69BC4E Error code and the game goes back to the main menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game goes straight to the main menu
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my hut buy i now purchase off the auction block.

For over a week this Buy it now feature in HUT mode in the auctions hasnt been working. I already reinstalled the game to see if that would work and it didnt. the issue remained the same when reinstalled.

You need call to https://help.ea.com/en/nhl/nhl-19/ of your region. This happen bacause one of the your last purchase freeze on EA servers.

They will be able to repair the buy now function immediately.However, if you have lost some coins or items in the process , they are unfortunately unable to help you.
