Summarize your bug On the car 180SX it wont go over level 299 and level 12 parts. I have spun for better parts, did speed cards, and looked in the tune up shop and none of them are over level 12 and none of them make it go over 299. Why is this?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the 180SX ingame and try to get above level 299 and level 12 parts
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant go over level 12 parts. I dont see any level 12 parts ever. None of the parts will go over level 299
What do you expect to see? I want to get the car to level 399 and i hope you fix this
