Summarize your bug Having issues unlocking Catch up packs in NFS Payback on PS4 Pro I have unlocked Level 6 and Level 11 Catch up packs but it says that I need to complete chapter 5 of the story to unlock Level 16 Catch up packs problem is I have just Completed chapter 6 and it still hasn't unlocked.

Use a Car that can reach performance Level 399

Enter any "Tune-up-shop"

Go to "Catch up pack" on menu

Try and purchase Level 16 Catch up pack

Level 16 Catch up pack may still be Locked
What happens when the bug occurs? Game does not unlock Level 16 Catch up pack
after completing Chapter 5 of the Story/Career
as a result unable to purchase the pack.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to Unlock & Purchase the Level 16 Catch up pack after completing Chapter 5 of the Story/Career.

It apparently doesn't unlock until you finish chapter 6, i.e. the game, making it a complete waste. Shame. EA should hire a 'what were you thinking' or 'don't screw this up' director to catch stupid mistakes like this. Sheesh.
