Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let a toddler use the potty while a grown-up Sim (e.g. the parents) is around.
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as the potty session starts, adults can neither leave nor enter the room with the potty. They show the blocked path thought bubble.
What do you expect to see? All Sims to be free to enter or leave the room.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This works fine in my game.

Yes, it seems to happen mostly in rooms on the second floor. I'm currently experiencing this in my "Container House" (on the Gallery).
