I merged your report with the existing thread we have for this issue. As stated by Crin, the workaround for this would be the "Beg to show outfit" action. 

However, it seems that we are having issues with that as well. 

Please press the me too if you are also experiencing that issue.

Well I guess I'd be pretty obvious who the suspect is, if they just wore their everyday wear in the cold. Imagine them wearing shorts, flip flops, and a tank top in 10 degree weather. 😂 I still wish the game would identify them in their cold or hot wear depending on the season. Although that might not work, because the season may change from when you collected the evidence, to when you make an arrest.
