[OPEN] Platforms/Floors Disappear

My issue is items such as windows doors and furnishing's disappear after placing the build on a new lot.. I like to share my builds on the gallery and like to make quality work but when items vanish ..I have even tried a workaround by not placing items near platforms... Still items disappear... almost like it's a level issue... maybe if you look at the Sims 3 foundations and terrain code constrain floor elevation... maybe that could fix it... I use only base game items ( including some debug items) in my builds... Having this issue only using platforms... Please Help
