[FIXED] Lots are black [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP's, GP's, SP's and free content
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Lot loads up black
What do you expect to see? Not a black lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Island Living installation/patch

When lots are empty, the whole lot loads up completely black but when lots have builds/items on them the load up patchy black like in the attached image. 

**UPDATE**

COVERING THE WHOLE LOT IN TERRAIN PAINT WILL TEMPORARILY FIX THIS ISSUE, not the best solution but it's the only one I can come up with after spending days messing with settings, saves etc... I have also tried a new save and lots still showing up black

This issue appears be resolved with the September 5th update.

Could you try repairing your game through Origin and if that doesn't help, please post a picture of your ingame graphics settings.

@crinrictI've done a repair, removed all mods and cc, and deleted unwanted files and cache. I have attached an image of settings

Is it every lot or just someone of them ? In all world or just Sulani ?

What graphics card do you have ?

@crinrictit's happening in all worlds. On most lots but not every single one. It's happening on lots that I've built, downloaded from gallery and also maxis built lots too. Empty lots and full lots. My graphics card is a GeForce 940mx.

I'm also having this similar issue since the update but not as severe. Mine only occurs when I have a room without flooring over terrain paint. Once I apply flooring, the black areas disappear.

@crinrictGraphics card is an AMD r9 290 with latest drivers. Settings attached.
