[NEEDS SAVES] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 102/122:33015dcc [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except love struck (I own it but EA is showing me as not having it so it isn’t installed) and Vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try loading a household and see what happens?
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to load a household and it sends me to the world map.
What do you expect to see? The household I am trying to play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The most recent patch on July 25th.

I go to load a household and it takes me to the loading screen and then it just goes to the world map. I have done this with and without mods/cc so I’m pretty sure it is game related and not mod related.

When I do it without mods/cc I get an error code (see attached image).

the code reads:

”The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:33015dcc:99c26b61: it is recommended that you relaunch the game”.

Ive also repaired the game twice on the EA app to no avail.

UPDATE: It was a corrupted save and I lost my entire game and now have to start from scratch.

Since I did the last update and installed the latest expansion, I can no longer play.

I arrive at the menu of my game, I choose my family and it loads infinitely. I specify that we hear the music at the start of the game but that I remain on the loading screen indefinitely despite that.

Here's what I tried that didn't work:

- Charge another family;
- Play a new game;
- Completely remove my MODS file from my game;
- Make a backup recovery;

- I cleared the cache;
- Game repair;
- Delete my The Sims file so that the game generates a new one...

Anyway, despite all this it continues, so since yesterday I found myself with a game that no longer works... I need help please.

Ok I tried playing with a game generated family and it works. So the problem comes from the families I created....

EDIT: I tried to merged my family with a game generated family and I have this error now : 102:33015dcc:99c26b61

@brecm28 I have just gotten this problem. I am too afraid to open another game in case that gets corrupeted too

I honestly had to remove all my save files and replace them one by one in the folder to see which one was having the issue. I don’t know how to repair it so I had to start all over. It won’t get corrupted if you clear the old saves and remove mods/cc and start over. If you do use mods/cc I would re-add them from a fresh download file so you know you have all the newest versions and aren’t using any old files that might have been the reason the save for corrupted.

Hello i have try everything you pont out take out cc and mods, repair, star a new save repair  a hundred times, even uninstalled and installed the entire game again. Nothing A CANT ENTER ANY HOUSES OR HOUSEHOLDS ON BUILD OR LIVEMODE. i can only enter cas without issues its been 3 days like this since the last update. i thnk its waht * my game. Are they gonna fix with another update or am i not going to be able to play this again.? i have try everything a thousand times and no matter how much i move clean or replaced files nothing changes. 3 day ago my game play just fine.

and no its not mods or cc. i had no mods and i already took out all the cc files and nothing... with or without the cc its the same issue

Hi everyone

seeing a few different errors in here so could you please all post your LastExceptions you get with this error

There is a known issue with Sims in active careers, especially in the detective career. Do any of you have any Sims in that career ?
