[NEEDS INPUT] [GF] Sim keeps losing fame shine

I am also having this issue. For your testing pleasure:

• I have every sim game.
• I have custom content installed, however I am experiencing the glitch without CC
• My current sim is a Young Adult Vampire, that I played through to get him to Proper Celebrity status.
• No UI cheats have been used on this sim.
• This sim is going for the Master Actor aspiration.
• The glitch happens whenever my sim travels to a new lot, regardless of myself being there (ie going to auditions).
• The game resisters that the Fame Shine is active, it just doesn't show up.
• I am able to get the Fame Shine to show up if I turn it off and then turn it back on.

I can add more as I find them.

I am able to temporarily fix it by doing a the debug sim then saving or save exit. Then it sticks for a while. Then i do the same thing again when it disappears again.

Man it's happening again... after the update the debut trick doesnt work anymore when i quit and open the game again the shine is gone...

- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I attached my save file if it helps...

- What happens when the bug occurs? A sim keeps losing fame shine ever since I defeated the "Mother" in Strangerville. This did happened before I installed Strangerville, and how I fixed it was to restart the whole world by downloading the sim again from the gallery. (Of course, I did lose all my progress such as friendship) Turning it Off and On after traveling did not work, so I am out of ideas.

- What do you expect to see? I want the fame shine to be consistent. 

- Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

- Less Smiling Mod

- No Festival Outfit Mod

- LittleMsSam's Fame Quirk Fix Mod

- LUUMIA Light Fix Mod

- No Mosaic Mod

- No Fatness Mod

- Vampire Rank Fix Mod 

- Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I think it happened after installing Strangerville.

This has been an annoying issue for a very long time. Please help me fix it.

thanks for the save but could you test if it also happens if you remove all mods from your game ?
