Woman-sim pee standing

I haven’t seen women standing to pee but I have noticed in my most recent save the male exclusively sits every time he used the toilet.

We were able to reproduce female peeing standing but finding it difficult to repro Male peeing sitting,

I just got this bug, no mods. Happened right after I loaded the game. Are saves still needed? It was female standing and peeing.

@EA_Cade It is mega rare to have a female Sim peeing standing up but I've seen it. My Male Sims pee sitting down most of the time which I know in some cultures is a thing but I feel if the setting is set to pee standing up that is what I want my Sim to do. I feel that setting should have a higher priority than say bladder level.

I don't use mods, never have.

I have the whole thing (Expansion, Pack, etc wise), except for most Kits.

Sim is a teen, she peed autonomously.

Idk what else you might need.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing together, Cottage Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, My Fisrdt Pet, Backyard, Romantic garden, Luxury party, Blooming rooms and Fashion street.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new save with a female Sim and with the option to pee standing up disabled.
What happens when the bug occurs? A female Sim pees standing up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sim pee sitting down.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the update on August 8, 2024.
