How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.106.148.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all, except some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place, build or buy a residential rental on one of the lots in Willow Creek.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the bug occurs, the original building on that lot will still appear when viewed in the world map. Even when the demolished first hand. Then placing a household will seem to treat it as a normal residential lot. Build mode is also affected as the lot seems to be treated as a normal residential lot. If there are 2 or more spaces available for rent, they will be hidden and inaccessible, but they can be accessed during live mode when the Sim is told to visit lot. Placing new households on the corrupted lot is possible but it is treated as a normal residential lot.
What do you expect to see? The bug to be fixed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

 The original house on that lot appears when viewed on map view. But is gone when viewed in build or live mode

@Chimichanga128 *Note: It only seems to be happening on Willow Creek. Other worlds are unaffected

@Chimichanga128 Sounds like the beginning of world corruption.

Will probably turn in the white world issue.

Did you build the original rental from scratch or download something from the gallery ?

@Chimichanga128 Do you have any backups from before you downloaded the lot ?

There's a few issues with residential rentals unfortunately, especially when downloaded from the gallery. A backup would be the best option.

Maybe there is something else going on in your game but what you are describing doesn't bode well.

@Chimichanga128 Took a short look and that lot does look pretty broken.

I'll do some more testing tomorrow if there's anything that can be done to save it but have some RL stuff to do for the rest of the day.
