I have seen this happen with other N.A.Ps as well. I think the idle interactions for the NAPs involve animations that were not designed for children.

Note:  You can mod your game file to remove the adult interaction for the child  Sims.  This will prevent the stretching.  Or maybe @simvasion will be kind enough to make a mod to prevent NPC children from accessing adult autonomous N.A.P interactions.

@canelacaliente is using the adult sketchpad the only one that looks wrong when done by children, or are there other NAP idles too? There are pushes for other things like playing a guitar or doing situps, but I haven't really paid enough attention to see if child sims do those.

What happens when the bug occurs? guests kids using the sketch pad and stretch, also stretch taking fotos
What do you expect to see? kids don't stretch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. the snowy escape patches.

Also having issues with random children using the drawing tablet for NAPs which is not a child usable item so they stretch out and glitch.

@lukesmith0978 I was at the Festival of Youth and I saw a NPC child use a tablet and stretch taller until she put it away. Very weird

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except PARANORMAL STUFF 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do not toddlers and children stretch when  doing adult interactions. It creeps me out like they possessed or something 
What happens when the bug occurs? The animations cause sim children to stretch and distort before stretching back to normal.
What do you expect to see? Have toddlers and kids do not stretch when doing adult interactions

Curious. Was this issue ever fixed? I completely turned N.A.P.'s off. The whole system was just too buggy for me to deal with.
