[OPEN] "Cleaning frenzy" option not working as intended

could you post a video of what's happening ? Does it not work at all or what happens for you ? Please give us some more details

I've tried posting a video but it won't work.

Basically what happens is, there are many dirty items in the house, I select "Cleaning Frenzy", the Sim stands still for about 5 seconds, then cleans 1 of the items, then stands still again, then the "Cleaning Frenzy" action disappears and that's it.

Does it work ok if you tell them to just clean up the dishes or do they have the same behavior ?

This might be influenced by the dirty dishes on shelves issue so make sure you don't have any of those before testing.

I believe there might still be issue but those are related to other bugs.

So I am on PS4, and have this thing happening in my restaurant. I have no mods (obviously!) or any CC. Basically: noneof my sims clean the dishes my restaurant has produced thus far, they take ONE plate to dishwasher and turn it on, IGNORING EVERYTHING else dirty. As for Cleaning frenzy, doesn’t work either. My sim becomes energized and gets the moodlet, but never even moves to do any cleaning.

As you see in my top-down view of my restaurant, that is as much as I have stuff to clean up! Also I can’t drag them to anywhere. I do use mouse & keyboard on PS4, but doesn’t work anymore... It used to.
