Island Living, Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous; Realm of Magic, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville; Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Spooky, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Dine Out, Kids Room, Backyard Stuff, Vintage Glamour, Toddler Stuff, Laundry Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

1. Download from gallery household with high level vampire whose age was changed from teen or older to child or toddler in CAS
   OR create it:
   1. Create a vampire teen or older and move sim to any house (live mode).
   2. Level up and select vampire perks
   3. Save this household to library ("manage worlds" -> "manage household")
   4. Open this household in CAS (by adding new family or starting new game) and change age to child or toddler. Add adult sim and move them to any house (live mode).
2. Make cake and age up to teenager. Open vampire menu and you will see old perks and level

What happens when the bug occurs? teenager gets old perks and vampire level after aging up
What do you expect to see? no old perks and level at starting point for teenager after aging up (same as newly created sims)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
