[NEEDS INPUT] [V] 'Slay/Cure Vampire' not working!

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires Seasons City Living Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do all the steps needed to make the slay vampire option appear; collect ingredients, make cure and then click on vampire > mean > slay vampire
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the vampire will not be cured and the cure disappears from my sims inventory despite my sim beating them.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the interaction work and the vampire be no longer a vampire but at the end of the fight a couple frames skip and the vampire 'resets'.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Yes. Without the mod the issue still persists. Besides that particular mod I have no other mods or CC.

Vampire Cure No Longer Working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create an "Ultimate Vampire Cure" at a bar, Then have a vampire "Drink to Cure Vampirism"
What happens when the bug occurs? It can vary. Generally, a sim will start the float up and the dark shadows, but will reset in the middle of it. They'll then still have the vampiric needs, as well as human needs. This happened on the testing sim I was using each time, but when I tried another one, he was cured fine. It might be circumstantial as to why he wasn't cured and the other was. (I'll be happy to look further into it if needed)
What do you expect to see? The vampire should revert to human needs/ powers after drinking the drink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

Even though the "curing" of the vampire is not 100% of the time, it always throws a lastException. I've attached the ones from my vanilla tests. In this case, the first block was when the sim was cured by the drink. The second set is when a different sim was cured.

 

As always, all mods were out for testing, and localthumbcache was deleted.
