What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Realm of Magic and Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Vampire who is (at least) a four star celebrity.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even if the Vampire has the "Undead Aura" vampiric weakness, he can also have the "Instant Besties" Perk as a celebrity.
What do you expect to see? I expect that only one thing (Instant Besties or Undead Aura) should be possible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Maybe it's not quite a bug, but still a logic error...

if you have a vampire who is also a celebrity, you can get the "Instant Besties" Perk at the "Proper Celebrity" tier. But, as a vampire, he can also get the "Undead Aura" weakness, which is weird because he can easily befriend and belove any sim he meets, but the relationship starts negative because of the Undead Aura....?

I am a bit confused here.
