Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim get into a focused or inspired mood. The special drink option on the bar is missing for these two drinks when trying to create the Prose and Prop or the Amygdelight. The actual files to have the Prose & Prop and the Amygdelight are missing from the game. The game only contains the files for the flirty and angry drinks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Special Drink option is missing for the Prose & Prop and the Amygdelight.
What do you expect to see? The Prose & Prop and the Amygdelight listed under special drink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The special drink option on the bar is missing for the Amydelight when using the bar.  Sims are only able to make the drink from using the regular drink menu:

I don't know if it is new.  I noticed it yesterday after the patch.

I don't understand the question.  I the bug report is after the latest patch.  I don't know if it occurred before the patch.  Flirty and Angry drinks have the menu option.  I showed this in the second spoiler.  The focused and inspired drinks are the ones without the menu option.  The flirty drinks have always had the menu option and there is no change for them because they still have the menu option.  I hope I answered your question.

@crinrict I updated the original post with additional information.  The actual game files are missing to include the Prose & Prop and the Amygdelight under the "Make Special Drink" menu.
