[NEEDS INPUT] Sims wont die but ages normally [ Edited ]

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to kill sims
What happens when the bug occurs? sims to die
What do you expect to see? my sim a young adult got the dazed by electricity moodlet went two repair did not die twice in another save my sim teen got on fire did not put it out did not die many times and he was standing in it in yet another save elders time is up but he wont die I waited over a sim week for him to die with his bar full
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don't really use mods or cc so I don't know whats wrong I started a new sims 4 folder and repaired my game

update repaired the game again and the sim who couldn't  die from repairing the dish washer can die now

Bit unsure what to do with this as you fixed it with repair.

maybe just a temp glitch ?

I also deleted the cache file maybe that helped I don't know what it is but it keeps happening

I will tell you if it happens again I have a feeling it will @crinrict

Your Sim normally ages, right ?
