Sometimes after pizza ordering animation even notification isn't visible

I have this issue too, and its been for a while too. I'd order a pizza, the option to chose will pop up, I choose. And then the call ends and nothing happens. No pop up of order received or anything. No pizza delivery either. It's so frustrating because it's happened in many different saves, worlds, home, dorms, apartments. No pizza in sight... and the latest "solved" issue of this is back in 2017. Help!
