[NEEDS INPUT] Sim died just from being very playful [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs along with all game packs, and the following stuff packs installed backyard stuff, bowling night stuff, cook kitchen stuff, kids room stuff, laundry day stuff, movie hangout stuff, perfect patio stuff, romantic garden stuff, toddler stuff, vintage glamour stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During a date while completing the tell 3 jokes to date goal. My sim died from becoming very playful, he never became gregarious. Just became very playful than grim showed up to collect.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your sim dies.
What do you expect to see? my sim having a chance of dying when at gregarious stage as it's suppose to be rather than dying at the very playful stage.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I added seasons and update to the most recent patch.

So I had my sim on a spa date completing the goals and one of the goals was to tell date 3 jokes, I had him do that and he became very playful. Next thing I know the grim reaper shows up to collect my sim. My sim never reached the gregarious stage just very playful so I thought I'd report it. 

also i'm unsure if this is a bug but I had a sim refuse a marriage proposal even though her and her boyfriend were BFF and had a high relationship bar, neither had the non-committal trait. It happened the day before winterfest and because the girlfriend who rejected had a tense mood-lit that read "unwanted proposal, timing is everything..." I had thought it new with seasons. should I report it?

At what point did you remove your mods ?

AFAIK, the marriage refusals over and over are mod related.

I removed them when i installed seasons and updated the game and since I will have to get the updated versions of the mods i use i've just been playing without mods to discover what's new with seasons. oh the marriage refusal wasn't over and over I had my sim propose once but when I posted in the did you know thread over on the forums, as i had thought it was something new, I was told others had mentioned the same thing happened and it was suggested I'd make a post here. I have only just started this new save so this was the first sim I've had propose since getting seasons and has been my main focus so I haven't had any other sims propose yet so I hadn't known it was a issue until I posted in the did you know thread on the forum.

and um any thoughts on why my sim died by just becoming very playful? is that a bug?

Did it happen more than once ? Could have been just a fluke. Can you reproduce it ?

If the rejection is not over and over, just try again. Could be a mood thing. If you get rejected over and over, create a new thread if it's happening on a vanilla thread

@cmbaker16Did your Sim have multiple moodlets? I am wondering if this may be related to the stacking effect of moods. 

Multiple positive moods for instance can make a simple mood much stronger.

I thought it should jump from very playful to hysterical before Grim turned up, and that there should be a short period to try and fix the problem (sleep, calm down in mirror) before the sim died.

@EuphoriaQueen umm...I think he might of been happy and flirty before he became very playful.

@helenthehunter I believe that is how it's suppose to be but my sim died at the very playful stage without having reached hysterical or even given the little window to calm him down before grim showed up. It was like he went very playful than grim showed up to collect. I read that someone else had their sim drown without even becoming tired or exhausted so I decided to make a report.

@crinrict I've not been able to reproduce it so far, I did have another couple propose and it was accept. than when i went back to the original couple and once they were over the rejection i had the boyfriend propose again and it was accepted so i guess it was just a weird glitch.

Well, they are allowed to refuse :D

Anyways, if it gets excessive, create a new thread. 

As for the dying issue, was that also a one time thing ?
