[NEEDS INPUT] Sim can use unoccupied residential lots in Sulani [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the Lot Pier-Perfection (not actually sure if that's the correct english name) when youre visiting the lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim could use every object on that lot including making meals, going to bed but couldn't click on the house to move in a family or something else.
What do you expect to see? The option to move in Sims and not being able to use the objects located in that house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I attached 3 pictures.
Couldn't get a proper look in that house and i'm also not able to lower the walls.
If i tried so or tried to look in the house the furniture and walls disappear.

@pwcreations You can only move in a family when you're not on the actual lot. At least not for me

I am able to click on the furniture from outside through that one window but my Sim just got routing failures. Did yours actually open the door or walk through the wall ?

My Sim walked normally through the door und used the furniture. I've got no routing failures.
