Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Holiday that has Egg Hunt as tradition. Click on the TL bookshelf combos and get no egg hunt option
What happens when the bug occurs? There's no egg hunt option
What do you expect to see? An Egg Hunt Option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installing Tiny Living Stuff Pack

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set a holiday with egg hunting or new years interactions, click on the Tiny Living combination TV/Stereo/Bookshelf.
What happens when the bug occurs? The options to egg hunt or watch New Years programming are not available, not allowing Sims to fulfill the holiday.
What do you expect to see? Egg Hunting available for both TVs as well as the New Years programming.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

The combination TV/Stereo/Bookshelf does not seem Seasons ready, though it appears Movie Hangout ready. It's great to save space, but not when it means missing out on some key Sims milestones! Who wants to miss confetti coming out of their television?

Need to test egg hunt

EDIT: Do you have egg hunt on any other TVs ? I don't

EDIT EDIT: Simvasion pointed out to me that you probably mean that it should be on the bookshelve part. Not sure if it's supposed to but could you edit your post to be about the egg hunt issue then and post in the other for the rest.
