[FIXED] [S] Sing Together has no audio if CL is not installed

Correct, they sing properly alone, just not as a group. Tried on fresh saves, fresh installs, all vanilla. One thing I noticed is when they sing alone their mouth animates properly, but when they sing as a group their mouths stay closed which makes it look like a bug rather than a hardware issue? Maybe it's a rare glitch caused by the combination of packs I have installed but that's just a wild guess.
I'm all out of ideas, and since nobody else seems to be reporting this then maybe I'll just have to imagine them singing around the Christmas tree. Somewhat immersion breaking, I know 
I can try this on your combination of packs and get back to you.

Crinrict has found that this bug happens if City Living isn't installed. My guess is it's something to do with karaoke? Good luck
