How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel To Sulani and have a mermaid summon a Thunderstorm
What happens when the bug occurs? The Puddles created by the rain does not exist on all lots in Sulani.
What do you expect to see? Puddles will exist, as the lot is a part of the world.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I am always certain that this does not occur before the patch of Eco Lifestyle and ever since the patch, this graphical batch has starting to occur in all lots in sulani. Puddles do not generate on the lot.

I forgot to add, we had repaired the game, reinstalled and sadly the same issue.

@TS1299 I can duplicate this. They just accumulate outside the lot. 

Not sure how it was before though

@TS1299 I have the same issue.... but I am sure it is not like this before.. I have all packs now with the newest Snowy Escape and just noticed this issue returning to my island family... it must be a new bug
