Yeah thanks.  I found it and downloaded it.  I have the costume showing up in CAS now but have to wait until I have another costumed event to test out if it works.  I also downloaded the spooky pack but there were still only the two costume choices in the put on costume action.  I think it may be since the holiday was still going on?  They showed up in the CAS but not in the options.

@PenguinFoop I think there's another bug report for spooky day pack not appearing for costumes.
