The season changed shortly after this and now I can't replicate it, either. If it comes up again, I will return! :D

I just encountered this for the first time. The greenhouse is sheltered and it's too cold to plant a carrot. My bees have gone dormant, too, I don't know if it's related. That link should be for my save file.

I just encountered this bug while playing today. I play on a Mac, have all the packs except Moschino Stuff Pack, and am fully updated with the pre-Realm Of Magic patch. I was playing with some mods and cc when I first noticed the bug, but when I removed all mods & cc, deleted the localthumbcache file, and repaired the game, I still had this issue.

I tried a bunch of different things, but it looks like as soon as it starts snowing the game thinks it's too cold for me to plant certain plants despite having a thermostat and having the plants indoors and in a planter. So far from what I've tried it has not allowed me to plant an onion, carrot, mushroom, potato, and apple, but would let me plant other things like grapes, bananas, green peas and bell peppers. I've tried with several new saves and randomized Sims, but it seems that no matter what lot or neighborhood I'm playing in, this happens as soon as it starts snowing in winter.

I've uploaded the original save I first noticed it in, and also one of the test saves that I created after I removed all mods/cc & repaired the game, so while neither save has any mods/cc anymore, that one should be fully untouched by mods/cc (in case it matters).
