[NEEDS INPUT] Roof too small

[ Edited ]
★ Guide

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to work, Realm of Magic, StrangerVille, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampire, Spa Day, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into build mode and build a room and put a roof on it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The roof is just a bit too small to cover the rooms/hovers a little above it when first placed. Extending the edges or adding a trim doesn't help and sometimes the walls will clip through the roof (usually when changing the shape of the roof)
What do you expect to see? The roof fitting onto the rooms smoothly, maybe a way to finetune the length of the extension.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is something that's been bugging (hah!) me for a while now. Every time I place a roof it is a little too small to cover the room below (and appears to hover a little over it), and sometimes the walls will clip through the roof when I extend the edges. Trims don't help, and extending to roof often looks a bit weird (thought that's more matter of taste)
