[NEEDS INPUT] Roof Patterns with Seam Issues on New Roof Types

[ Edited ]
Hero (Retired)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place any of the new roof types (hexagonal, octagonal, pentagonal, circular). Place various roof patterns on them. Note that most of the patterns look fine and seam well on the new roof types. Place the Scalloped Pine Roof pattern on them and note the disjointed seams (place that same pattern on one of the original roof types and notice that the seams are fine on it). Place the Shake It Up roof pattern on the new roofs and note the disjointed seams (again compare to original roofs). Note that because original roof types have borders at their angles, it may be that these roof patterns would also be disjointed on them if they were connected without the borders.
What happens when the bug occurs? Seams at the various roof angles appear to be disjointed rather than connecting smoothly.
What do you expect to see? Evenly connected seams.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
