[NEEDS INPUT] Research Binge Only Raises Base Game Skills [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All Game Packs: Parenthood, Dine Out Stuff Packs: My First Pet, Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim complete the Computer Wiz aspiration to get the Webmaster trait. Then have a Sim use the computer to perform a research binge.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the base game skills are raised.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all the skills raise at the same time per the computer option's description.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The Webmaster trait my Sim received.

The Research Binge Option on the computer and the description.

My Sims' Charisma skill level right when the Sim started the research binge.

My Sims' Comedy skill level right when the Sim started the research binge.

My Sims' Fitness skill level right when the Sim started the research binge.

My Sim's Charisma Skill level after a few seconds.  As you can see, it went up.

My Sim's Comedy Skill level after a few seconds.  As you can see, it remained the same.

My Sim's Fitness Skill level after a few seconds.  As you can see, it remained the same.

After a few minutes of using the research binge, all the skills remain the same except for Charisma.

After reviewing the game files, the research binge only works for skills that have levels between 2-5.  I was wrong in my original post in about it only being the top skill and right in another.

Also, the research binge skills only cover the base game skills newer skills are not added.  Files from newer skills do not exist in the game.  The skills that work with the research binge action are listed below:

I updated the title of the thread to reflect the actual issue in the game that is the actual glitch. @crinrict

I see the same, it only raises base game skills. It seems like it would make more sense to raise any skill that can be raised on a computer.
