[NEEDS INPUT] [ROM] Vest doesn't show necklaces [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.55.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get famous, seasons, pets, city living, get together, get to work, realm of magic, parenthood, outdoor retreat, laundry, fitness, vintage glamour, cool kitchen, luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and use realm of magic for mens vest and try to add necklace
What happens when the bug occurs? No necklace appears, it is as if the chest is part of the top.
What do you expect to see? I add necklace and you can see the necklace
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When you apply the men's vest  from realm of magic you cannot apply necklaces.

Then edit this one to just be about the necklace. There have been reports for necklaces in the past which have been deemed by design but I don't know about this one.
