What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Parenthood, Vampires, Spa Day, Realm Of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out and Outdoor Retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a spellcaster with the "Hexproof" perk.
What happens when the bug occurs? The spellcaster gets cursed despite having the "Hexproof" perk.
What do you expect to see? The spellcaster should not get cursed if he / she has the "Hexproof" perk.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have the same problem. Glade to see that in over 2 years they still haven't fixed it. I should probably just try to contact the dev team directly.
