@crinrict Nope, I'm not using laptop mode. The screenshots were taken in early spring, but the default season for build mode seems to be summer, so I'm not sure.

The neighborhood looks purple-ish in world view as well:

@puderosasims I don't see this on my map but had bluebellflora test on Mac and it is like that for her on the map as well.

As for the neighborhood itself, I don't really see the issue. Are we talking the houses or the whole area ? Or more the plants ?

This is how it looks for me. Same time, first day of spring.

@crinrict The lighting is different compared to other neighborhoods; they're usually more blue-ish. I think you can see it best on the houses. Have you entered one of them in build mode only and then went back into world view?

We once had a bug which caused a building in another neighborhood to appear far more green as usual. Reminds me of it. Wondering

@puderosasims

I see it in my game in the map but if I load up a new game it's not there.

Current game (purple hue to the houses):

New game:

Could you load up a new game and see if it disappears?

@Bluebellflora Yes, it looks normal in a new game to me as well. Standard smile Simply visiting the affected lots seems to cause the issue.

@puderosasims That's fascinating. I can see change color on the map after visiting .. kinda still can't see it in the world itself but I'm bad at even noticing such things.

I can duplicate this on PC - no mods/cc never used; IL, ROM & RG (no Seasons installed). Existing game or new game - color/lighting looks normal until you go into build/buy mode.

This is independent of the location from which you access build/buy mode. Color/lighting change happens after using Build/Buy from the Active Household on lot via Live Gameplay, -OR- accessing Build/Buy from Manage Worlds.

Before Buy/Build Mode:

WC no build mode.png

After Build/Buy in World View on all 3 homes:

WC Pendula View after build mode.png

I tested this from Manage Worlds without loading any households; I also tested by moving sims in to the lots, and "visiting the lot" by traveling to the lots with active sims. Moving a household into one of the lots did not change the color/lighting on Manage Worlds (until you go in to build mode). Just visiting without build/buy mode, whether an active sim went inside the house or not, did not produce the same results. It appears you have to interact with the house through build/buy mode, but it doesn't matter where you accessed it.
