platform stairs error; "can't intersect obstructions"

So what can we do to remove them? I’ve tried lowering and heightening the platform. I’ve deleted the platform. I’ve moved the lot here and there and I have had no success. No mods no cc. All packs except SW, fitness, my first pet.

@Ramico_81 I'm seeing it all the time.
So I made a test and I can reproduce it in any save and any lot

build a 3x3 room, small wall size
place a door
rise the whole room 3
lower 1.
The door will disappear. (not deleted, disappear. Your sim will not be refunded, like when you delete something)
You will be able to place a new door.
But if you continue to lower the room, every door will disappear.
And after that, even if you bulldoze the lot and rebuild the wall. You will not be able to place any door in that place.

This is still happening. I had a platform down in my build and then deleted it and the whole structure. I bulldozed the lot and the platform that was deleted restricts stair placement even on an empty, bulldozed lot.

If I create a platform on a lot, but then I decide to delete it, I can’t no longer place any object at this old spot. I receive the error message : "Can’t intersect obstruction" even if I bulldoze the terrain and bulldoze the lot the problem doesn’t get resolved. 

Do you guys have an idea how to fix this?

@kayafulmaniac The only thing I've seen that seems to work sometimes is bulldozing everything, then going out to Manage Worlds (maybe bulldozing again and going out to Manage World again?) and coming back to the lot.

Seems like the platform markers are stubborn if not downright ornery.

You are right, going to manage world and going back to the lot works! even without bulldozing. It seems like they forgot to reset something in their programmation when we delete platform.

I have the same problem. I had to delete my lot and rebuilt it, because of this bug. It's unacceptable, and it's a shame that there is still no fix, and not even a real answer about it. A shame.
