[NEEDS INPUT] Photos Sims take on their phones are faded out in game files [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1220 (October 3, 2019)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Laundry Day Stuff & My First Pet Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a sim to take a selfie on their phone.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the game files, the photo includes the flash.
What do you expect to see? The photo should look normal, not like the flash is included in the photo.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game to version 1.56.52.1220.

I have some photos from the game including the bug. I was unaware this was occurring until I checked my screenshots a few minutes ago. Regular game screenshots turn out perfectly normal, but any photos taken with a phone turn out like this:

Tested this and they look fine for me 

I take it they look normal on the ingame picture ?

What are your settings in game ? What's your graphics card ?

@crinrict Yep, they look perfectly normal in game. I have the graphics on either medium or high and I have no idea what my graphics card is.

@AriaMad2 this happens to me if I am too fast pressing the shutter button on the camera - if I'm too quick, I'm pressing the button at the same time as the flash is going off for the previous photo.

To avoid this, I just wait a little bit longer between clicking the camera buttons.

@simvasion I'm very fast with the shutter button, so I'll start trying to slow it down a bit. I'll let you know if it works.

@crinrict I've just tested it out. Slower didn't help, but turning off flash did. They must've added it to the photos, as the comment above suggested.
