@Rae_Regenbogen I didn't have the issue with ownership when I sent my sim to the lot across the street, moved in a maxis premade to the factory, then moved the active Sim in with them from there. You can try that?

@crinrictI mean on PC, got your results, Not duplicate able.

Which gives me the theory its console only.
