How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.23.61.4400 (64bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buy the flirt potion when the sim is sad after the death of family member
What happens when the bug occurs? sims get the +100 flirty moodlet, but still the dominating emotion is sadness (+5)
What do you expect to see? the dominating emotion should be flirty
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@krecha_ae Is it only when you also have a sad moodlet or does it also happen with other emotions ?
