@crinrict I haven't seen this issue in my game again since my post. All advice cards received have been appropriate for parenting skill. However, I'll qualify that by saying all targeted parental sims to ask have also been within the home, not outside the house as was the case in my report for the Cookout Lookout lot in Newcrest.

@crinrict I played through toddlers, children and teens with my Alien family the past two days and it's working fine on mine.
