What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Spa Day, Strangerville Stuff Packs: My First Pet, Perfect Patio, Moschino, Tiny House
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim on a lot with the off the grid trait wash hands.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim will get a Moodlet about cleaning.
What do you expect to see? Sims to not get the Moodlet about cleaning when they wash their hands. Sims only to get this Moodlet when they wash dishes or clean the sink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The image shows one of the Moodlets the Sim gets but there are several others.

I only recently started playing with Off-the-Grid lots, so I thought Sims were supposed to get this moodlet when they washed their hands.
