[NEEDS INPUT] [MHSP] Noticable gap on V-Neck dress [ Edited ]

What happens when the bug occurs? The mesh/texture is jacked up. so in the v neck of this dress from movie hangout, there's a gap between the skin and the dress and its pretty noticeable. It's have been there since I bought the pack forever ago, and i kept hoping it would get patched but it hasn't. I'm pretty sure this isn't a design choice. 
What do you expect to see? The mesh/texture lookin' proper no gap between the skin and dress.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

since then ive also found another dress with a similar issue from luxury party stuff.
