How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.50.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Toddler stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim with Paranoid trait
What happens when the bug occurs? Paranoid sim's dirty cloth don't automatically fall into hampers. They just drop on the ground.
What do you expect to see? Please check all traits, make sure they functional well, prevent traits conflict with objects/interaction, old or new. Fix them as soon as possible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I found this during play a 3 people family, the Paranoid one has this issue, the  then I created a new household using new lot and the problem remains the same.
