Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, outdoor retreat, dine out, parenthood, jungle adventure, luxury party stuff, bowling night, laundry day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on vacation with toddlers, bring adult sims to a lot without the toddlers, return to the lodging place.
What happens when the bug occurs? Toddlers are stuck in day care and cannot be brought back on vacation.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers should return from daycare to the camp site (or be allowed to stay on an inactive lot. There were other adults there, it’s not like they're being left alone)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Outdoor retreat: After my adult sims left the “home” camp site, the toddlers were sent to day care, and upon returning to the “home” campsite, the toddlers were sent back home and can’t be brought on vacation again.

didn't have a chance to test this yet but to be sure: Are you still seeing this after the patch ?

I had the exact same thing happen to me yesterday, so it’s still there after the patch.

This is happening for both Jungle Adventure and Outdoor Retreat ?

Just tried it out and I wasn't able to reproduce it in Granite Falls. Seems to be a Jungle Adventure related issue.
