[FIXED] [IL]'Release fish' on the fish traps are not working [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First Catch fish in the fish trap from island living and more options appear, click 'release fish'
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the fish dont move out the trap
What do you expect to see? No fish in the trap after releasing them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Island living pack

Yeah this happens to me as well, the only way to "clear it" is to collect the fish but my sim is a child of the ocean mermaid who doesn't like to eat fish so it just made more sense to release them. But can't do that with this bug since nothing happens when you do.

Yes some of my sims get sad aswell

I've tried this multiple times with different Sims and it never works for me, either. My Sims make hand motions like they're releasing them, but the fish remain in the trap. And, like you, one of them has the Child of the Ocean trait, so gets very upset if he catches fish.

@crinrict I don't think it is fixed yet, my sims can't release fish either.
