What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cook one of the new Island Living recipes with a sim with the Fresh Chef perk.
What happens when the bug occurs? The cooked item will spoil even though the perk says it should not.
What do you expect to see? Sims with the fresh chef perk shouldn't have food spoil, even the island living recipes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Only occurs with Island Living recipes.

Fresh Chef should govern all cooked items, including the new Island Living recipes.

Sim cooked food, you can see she has both Fresh Chef and the food is spoiling. Other foods from before IL don't spoil. It's only the new recipes added with the latest pack.

I too have this still, and judging by how long ago it was that this was originally posted... I will probably have it still for a very long time.

@Wintermist I stopped making any of the IL recipes because of this. Never found a way to fix it and I'm not a good enough modder to patch it.

@Psychotps Yeah same here. It's a fun thing but they only come in party sizes so, becomes very situational when you use them. Off the grid they'd not be useful for me without that perk working.

@crinrict This is NOT fixed. Tested it 5 mins ago with today's patch and it's STILL broken.

Did you ever test it with Patch 1.58 ? I mean, maybe it's just back

@crinrict It was only ever broken for the IL recipes with the fire pit, mainly because you can't make those recipes anywhere else but with the fire pit. I use fresh chef constantly.

Don't remember if it worked with that patch. I don't think so or else I would have kept using it. The fire pit is useless unless the recipes actually work.
