Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS, have a male sim with female frame. Put on the bikini bottom with a sarong, from IL, and either don't have anything on the upper body or pair it with a male top. (There's no bug if paired with female top.)
What happens when the bug occurs? See picture below.
What do you expect to see? That this bikini bottom looks like it should.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
