[NEEDS INPUT] Hair causes lines with hats [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60.54.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put the hair on a child and try to use a hat
What happens when the bug occurs? Outline around sims face where the face seems to be coming away from the hair mesh
What do you expect to see? No line
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've been spending a lot more time in CAS and have been seeing a lot more tearing, glitches and issues with regular EA stuff not working well with other EA stuff. Here is an example. 

This child EA hair (base game, I'm pretty sure) can't be used with hats (EA, of course). And it is all hats.
