What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim is given an inspired Moodlet instead of a focused Moodlet.
What do you expect to see? The Sim to get a focused Moodlet. The fake genius trait description says the Sim should get a focused Moodlet.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Steps to Finding Bug

1. Have a Sim join the scientist career
2. Have a Sim reach level 9 of the career so they can craft the smart serum
3. Have a Sim successfully craft the smart serum
4. Have the Sim drink the serum

The tuning code shows the trait gives off the inspired Moodlet.
